Shipping & Return Policy

We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Below are our standard shipping timelines and charges:

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch (available at select pincodes).
• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
• Shipping Charges: ₹99 flat fee for orders below ₹999.

All orders are processed promptly once payment is confirmed.

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placement.
• Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

We want you to love everything you buy. If something is not right, we make returns easy.

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

• Refunds for online payments (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days. Please ensure your bank details are shared at the time of return request.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

We understand that sizing can be tricky when shopping online.

• Size exchanges are allowed once per order, within 15 days of delivery.
• The replacement item must be of the same product in a different size. Exchanges for different products are not permitted under this policy.
• Subject to stock availability. If the required size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
